Maintenance method of combine harvester

1 Clean the machine thoroughly. Clean up the soil, broken straw, grains and other sundries inside and outside the machine, rinse with water, dry and store.

2 Carry out comprehensive lubrication according to the lubricating diagram and table in the instruction manual of the combine harvester and the operation manual of the diesel engine. All oily bearings should be removed, soaked in hot engine oil for 2 hours, and then close the throttle to idle the machine for a period of time.

3 Remove all the triangular tapes, wipe it clean and apply talcum powder, tie a label, and hang it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.

4 Remove the chain and clean it, apply engine oil or butter, wrap it and put it in a dry place, scrub the sprocket and apply butter to prevent rust.

5 Check and maintain the cutter. Remove the mud on the movable blade and the fixed blade, clean it and apply oil to prevent rust.

6 Inspect and repair threshing drum, repair bent teeth.

7 Check the firmness of each part. If loose, it must be fixed.

8 Remove the battery and store it separately, preferably dry storage.

9 Turn on the water drain switch of the engine water tank, machine body and engine oil cooler, drain clean water, and drain the fuel in the fuel tank and the engine oil in the bottom shell of the fuel tank.

10 Wrap the air filter, exhaust pipe and other parts with plastic cloth, inject an appropriate amount of clean engine oil into the cylinder, and turn the crankshaft for several circles.

11 Cushion the combine with square logs so that the tires are off the ground and deflate the tires properly.

12 Lower the harvesting platform and the pulling reel to the lowest position, and place the balance on the skids so that the hydraulic system does not bear the load.
